IBP Online AGM 2020

Dear Member,

IBP celebrated 50 years of activity last year and continues to support journalists and good journalism. Harriett Hindmarsh, chair of IBP calls for members to get involved and shape the organisation for the future needs of the built environment media and communications professionals as we all emerge from isolation and plan for future growth. IBP’s clear message to members is to support each other by Celebrating Success.

The IBP AGM will run from Monday 17th August for one week. There are actions that you have to take by Friday 14th August at the latest if you wish to propose a resolution and/or make a nomination, either yourself or another IBP member, for a place on the executive board, so please ensure you read the Agenda and papers at your earliest opportunity.

Please feel free to ask any questions about the AGM or the role of an executive board member direct to me on gerald@Geraldbowey.co.uk. Please do not respond to this email alert which is purely for access to the AGM papers and the IBP website links.

The link below to the Agenda and other supporting files constitutes the official notification of the 2020 AGM and call for nominations and resolutions. Timelines and procedures are clearly stated in the relevant sections of the on line files.
