The IBP AGM will run from Monday 1st August for one week. There are actions that you have to take by Friday 29th July at the latest if you wish to propose a resolution and/or make a nomination, either yourself or another member, for a place on the executive board, so please ensure you read the Agenda and papers at your earliest opportunity.

Please feel free to ask any questions about the AGM or the role of an executive board member direct to me on gerald@Geraldbowey.co.uk. Please do not respond to this email flyer which is purely for access to AGM papers and the IBP website links.

The link below to the Agenda and other supporting files constitutes the official notification of the 2016 AGM and call for nominations and resolutions. Timelines and procedures are clearly stated in the various sections of the on line files.
