This year’s Olsen Lecture will be delivered by Dr Courtney Radsch, Director of Advocacy at the Committee to Protect Journalists. CPJ is the partner of the One Free Press Coalition which identifies the top ten urgent cases, in collaboration with the International Women’s Media Foundation.
The talk will focus on the global assault on press freedom, what this means for journalists, and how the media are standing up to protect their own through initiatives like the Coalition.
The event will be chaired by David Selves, broadcaster, interviewer and Deputy Chairman of the London Press Club.
